REVIEW

This was a wild but fun ride! With strong performances from all the actors, this bloody action-thriller directed by the producer of Bob Odenkirk's iconic thriller, "Nobody," this film is a treat for anyone looking for some quality action, a dumb story, and lovable characters. Another cool thing about this movie is the amount of vibrant colors. It really makes everything pop!

PARENT GUIDE

Violence - 10/10

Violence is very over-the-top. A ton of blood, stabbings, shootings, gore, graphic poisonings, sword fighting, hand-to-hand combat, children in peril, and you even see a character's face get blown off. The most violent scene is when an important character gets shot in the neck and gallons of blood is seen squirting and bursting everywhere. Very sad and hard to watch.

Sex - 7/10

In a blink-and-miss type of scene at the very beginning, Brad Pitt's character is walking through the city and looks through a window, just to witness a brief but somewhat graphic sex scene.

Language - 9/10

One of the characters really has a mouth on him. There are 115 F-bombs, 40 uses of sh*t, 22 uses of a**, 9 uses of c*cksucker, 2 uses of g*ddamn, and lesser words.

Drinking/Drugs - 3/10

Wine drinking, sleeping powder put in water bottle.

Positive Messages - 4/10

Some teamwork, heroic characters, and a lot of diverse representations in terms of race and gender.
