REVIEW
So, this movie was great. It was a little cringe for me, but that is only because I am a male watching a girl-power movie. Overall, the messages were good and I think that anyone over the age of 14 (including 14) could and should watch this movie. This movie raises awareness to the fact that people should be treated fairly and respectfully no matter what gender or race. There is some infrequent strong language, including 1 F-word and other lesser words. There is talk of "the C word," but they don't actually say it. There are a bunch of sexual themes, though nothing graphic or explicit actually happens. There is talk of rape; a non-graphic explanation of how it happened to a girl. A guy makes girls feel uncomfortable throughout the movie.
PARENTS GUIDE
Violence - 4/10
A teenage girl tells the story of how she was raped.
Sex - 7/10
High schoolers rate other high schoolers in a list including "most bangable" and "best ass." Use of the word MILF and talk of "the C word." There is making out, including one car kissing scene, no nudity. They end up not progressing to the next stage. There is talk of rape. Someone says that they are "already pregnant." A girl is sent home for not wearing enough clothes to cover up her cleavage. A guy jokingly talks about getting "lei'd" at a Hawaiian-themed party.

A lot of teen drinking, including many teens getting drunk at a party. A teenage girl drinks champagne, gets drunk, and later throws up.
Positive Messages - 10/10
A lot of raising awareness to gender and race equality. Tons of girl-power.
